General Information: We use a sturdy shipping cooler and cold packs/dry ice to assure that your meat arrives in good condition. Please allow 7-10 days for your package to arrive. If you would like your package to arrive on a certain day, please make a note of that in the comments area. It is best to order at least a week before you would like your shipment to arrive.

What days do you ship?: We ship Monday through Wednesday. We will not ship if the shipment will be delayed in transit due to a holiday or weekend.

Recommended shipping method: Ground shipping is suggested for those who are close to Indiana. If your shipping location is far from Northern Indiana 2nd Day Air and Overnight are available at an extra cost.

Rush Orders: If you are in a hurry for your order to arrive, please choose Overnight service when placing your order. Please put a note in the comments box on when you would like for the package to arrive. We will do all we can to get it there on time. If we are unable to meet your expectations, we will call you.

Which Shipping Company will deliver my package?: We typically use UPS, but may use alternate shipping companies at times.

Replacement/Return Policy: We guarantee that our meat will arrive to you in good condition. Sometimes there may be some unforeseen problems and a shipment could arrive late and therefore thawed. Our policy is that if the problem is our fault or our shippers fault, we will replace your order at our cost. However, if the problem is an error due to the purchaser or the recipient's part (given as a gift) including, but not limited to an incorrect address supplied, receiver not home or order left out and/or stolen, ruined or damaged after delivery, we will not replace the shipment.

Two Simple Steps that will ensure your satisfaction:

  • Make sure all the information entered for your shipment is correct
  • Make sure that the shipment is expected and will be received the day it is to be delivered.

    Please remember that the product is perishable and must be delivered, received, and put in the freezer, by the end of the scheduled delivery day.

    Personalized or Gift Notes: If you would like to include a personal message in your shipment, just write it in the comments box and we will gladly include it in your shipment.
